Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 18, 2026
This policy explains what information the InnocentPenguin community website (innocentpenguin.com, "the site") collects, why, and what you can do about it. The site is run by InnocentPenguin, a streamer, for the stream community. By using the site you agree to this policy.
What we collect
- Login information. If you log in with Twitch, YouTube (Google), Kick or TikTok, that platform tells us your account name and your account ID (and, for Twitch, Kick and TikTok, your profile picture; YouTube logins show a YouTube logo instead of a picture). If you use Twitch, we also check (once, at login) whether you are a subscriber or a moderator of the channel so we can show a badge. We do not store your platform password, and we do not keep your platform access token.
- Your profile. A public member profile is created the first time you log in. It shows your name, picture, join date, badge and the links you choose to show.
- Things you enter. Your in-game display name, your Rocket League MMR or Fortnite SR, the platforms you link, and anything you write in support tickets, suggestions, nominations or poll votes.
- Game activity. Joining and leaving the customs queue, matches you play, wins, losses, points and strikes. Some of this is public (for example the standings and match history).
- Supporter roles. If you cheer with bits, gift subs or boost the Discord server, the channel's public Twitch and Discord information (your account name and the amounts) can be used to show Gifter, Cheerer, Booster or Top supporter badges on your profile. Moderators can also add or remove these badges by hand.
- Activity logs. Moderators can see a log of changes made through the site (who did what and when). Suggestions record the page they were sent from.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep basic server logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
Cookies and local storage
When you log in the site sets one essential cookie (a signed session cookie) that keeps you logged in for up to 30 days. It does not track you across other websites. Your browser's local storage is used for small convenience settings such as your chosen view, chat size and whether the stream box is hidden. We do not use advertising cookies.
Third-party services
The site embeds the Twitch player and chat and links to outside platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, Discord, Instagram, Cash App, PayPal, StreamElements). Those services have their own privacy policies and may collect data when you use them. Login is handled by the platform you pick.
How we use information
- to log you in and show your profile and badge;
- to run customs, the queue, standings, tournaments and polls;
- to answer tickets and read suggestions;
- to keep the site safe and fair (for example strikes and moderation);
- to fix problems and improve the site.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who can see it
Your profile, display name, standings and match history are public. Tickets, suggestions and logs can be read by the streamer and moderators only. Our hosting provider stores the data for us.
How long we keep it
We keep your profile and game history while your account exists on the site. Logs and some temporary data are cleared automatically after a while. Support tickets and suggestions are kept until a moderator removes them.
Your choices
- You can choose which platform links show on your profile in Settings.
- You can ask for your profile and data to be hidden or deleted by sending a support ticket or contacting a moderator. Some records, such as past match results, may be kept in an anonymised form.
- You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser at any time (you will be logged out).
Children
The site is meant for a general audience, and each platform has its own minimum age for accounts. If you are under the age required by the platform you log in with, please do not use the site. If you think a child's data was collected by mistake, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
