Terms of Service
Last updated: October 18, 2026
Welcome to the InnocentPenguin community website (innocentpenguin.com, "the site"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Using the site
- The site is free to use and is made for the InnocentPenguin stream community.
- Some features need you to log in with a Twitch, YouTube, Kick or TikTok account. You are responsible for your account and for what is done with it.
- You must follow the rules of the platform you log in with, and the stream and Discord rules.
- Do not try to break, overload, scrape, or get around the site's security, and do not use someone else's account.
Customs, queues and events
- Customs, King of the Hill, tournaments and other events are run by the streamer and moderators. Joining is voluntary and no result or place is guaranteed.
- Be fair and respectful. Cheating, getting in the way of games, or harassing others can lead to strikes. Three strikes means you cannot play customs until strikes are removed.
- Moderators may remove people from queues or events, correct results, and change or reset stats, standings and match history when needed.
- Ratings such as MMR and SR are for balancing teams only. They are not official ratings.
- Prizes or cash tournaments, if any, are announced separately and are not handled through the site. The site does not take payments.
Your content
Names, tickets, suggestions, nominations and other things you submit must be your own, lawful and not hateful, harassing, sexual, or misleading. You keep ownership of what you write, but you let us display and use it on the site and the stream so we can run the community (for example showing a display name or reading a suggestion). We may remove content that breaks these terms.
Roles and moderation
Roles such as moderator and VIP are given on Twitch, not by the site. The site shows them for convenience. Moderators may hide or remove profiles and limit access to features if these terms or community rules are broken.
Third-party services
The site uses and links to outside services such as Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, Discord and payment or donation links. They are not controlled by us and have their own terms and policies.
No guarantees
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". It is a hobby project, so features can change, break or disappear, and data can occasionally be lost. We do not promise it will always be online or error free.
Limit of responsibility
To the extent allowed by law, InnocentPenguin and the moderators are not responsible for losses or damages that come from using or not being able to use the site, from other users' behaviour, or from outside services.
Ending access
You can stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or harms the community.
Privacy
How we handle your information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
